We’re moving into a world where voice, gesture, and space are becoming central to how people interact with products and, ultimately, brands.

The problem? Voice-first interfaces have struggled because most systems rarely account for the way humans actually are: inconsistent, emotional, and wonderfully imperfect.

Out of my own frustration with these experiences, I made a video to explore where things have gone wrong and what’s next.

The punchline? It starts with three key tenets:

Speed & Transparency
Multimodality
Emotional Fidelity

None of this is easy. But if we can pull it off, we won’t just make better tech. We’ll make a world that feels better for humans too.
