Rightpoint

SVP, Global Head of Design, Strategy & Product | Jul 2019 – Current
As a global at Rightpoint I oversee creative, UX, product, and experience strategy, leading more than 140 people across 14 time zones in a fully distributed model. I set the multi-year vision and drive design and experience transformations that connect brand, content, digital, and customer experience. I’m also hands-on working directly on key accounts including GM and Cadillac in-car UX programs, Scout in-vehicle concepts, Gucci’s omnichannel innovation roadmap, and KPMG’s enterprise AI strategy. I introduced AI-accelerated workflows, scalable team structures, and new operating models that raised quality at every touchpoint.

VP, Executive Creative Director | Dec 2014 – Jul 2019
I led flagship accounts and high-stakes pitches that tripled agency revenue. This allowed me to build out the design and strategy practice from 10 to over 100. Leveraging this multi-disciplinary global team, we delivered Cadillac’s next-gen in-car UX alongside product and experience innovations for Hulu and JPMorgan. I also guided Rightpoint’s transformation into a design-led firm—rebranding the company, repositioning its services, and rebuilding creative operations while steering the global vision.

Razorfish

Group Creative Director | Oct 2013 – Dec 2014
Transitioned into a retail experience leader, helping win and lead agency-of-record work for Target, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, and the Express brand. This work spanned omnichannel digital transformation, as well as insight-driven digital campaigns and multichannel strategy. I also developed agency-leading thought leadership and spoke at NRF (Shop.org).

Creative Director | Oct 2011 – Oct 2013

Through groundbreaking work that led to a positive business impact for JCPenney, I oversaw the expansion into digital media and marketing strategy, increasing our annual billings to $30 million. This resulted in leading insight-driven interactive campaigns and multichannel experiences that pushed the boundaries of digital, creating true omnichannel experiences. This included collaborating with Apple to pilot and launch the first in-app iAds. I then pivoted to help win Samsung USA’s digital innovation and media work, quickly making it one of the most important digital accounts across Publicis. This work spanned next-generation experiences aimed at differentiating Samsung’s mobile offerings, as well as an award-winning media campaign that took on Apple and the iPhone.

Associate Creative Director | Dec 2009 – Oct 2011

I co-led a pitch team that won JCPenney’s digital strategy and experience work, helping to digitally transform the brand and strengthen its connection to key customer segments through innovative, multichannel shopping experiences. I also led key client relationships, helped build the team (through internal and external talent), and defined workflows and processes that became the foundation of the account. During this period, our annual billings grew from zero to $15 million.

Sr. Art Director | Sep 2006 - Dec 2009

I led the concepting, design, and UX for experiences ranging from digital commerce to early brand-owned social media platforms. With an emphasis on innovation, I spearheaded work that won multiple awards, exceeded engagement expectations, and achieved sales success that surpassed projections. Highlights include launching new brands for JCPenney and P&G, creating community-based experiences for Kraft brands, and developing a location-driven social media prototype for Samsung.
