Fast Company recently asked me how AI is reshaping my team’s daily grind, and the short answer is—completely. And the results have been profound. What I'm seeing is clear targeted acceleration in areas that have often slowed down the creative and strategy process. This is especially try in early state ideation research validation. The net is that we're being freed us to focus on deeper strategic thinking—and ultimately deliver greater value to our clients.
My view is that mastering AI-powered tools isn’t optional; it’s mission-critical. We’ve always owned the tools and the process, why stop now? Yes the tools are smarter and have the ability to automate aspects of our work. But they also have the ability to extend our work, thinking and ultimately the value that design provides the world.
